Investment Philosophy
HAHN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT believes that most companies go through periods when their stock price does not
accurately reflect the underlying intrinsic value of the business. This usually occurs when the future profit
expectations of the business are altered by either temporal or structural events. HCM seeks out companies
whose profitability has been adversely affected by short-term developments, but where the longer-term prospects
for enhancing shareholder value are favorable. The firm looks for companies selling a significant discount
to the value of their future operating earnings and cash flows.
