At HCM, management fees are based on the market value of the client's assets under management by the manager. Fees are payable on a forward quarterly basis.
The fees for each quarter in which a client adds assets to or withdraws assets from the account will be prorated for that quarter.
The annual fee is subject to change in compliance with the fee schedule.
